OKARA, Feb 13: The government has established a monitoring cell in the district to watch arrangements for the election on five National Assembly and nine Punjab Assembly seats.

District Police Officer Mirza Faran Baig will head the monitoring cell. About 113 of 1,049 polling stations in the district have been declared sensitive.
