PESHAWAR, Dec 12: Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Talaat Qayyum Qureshi was sworn in as acting Governor of the NWFP here on Wednesday.

Senior Judge of the court Justice Saleem Khan administered the oath. Later, the acting governor administered the oath to Justice Saleem as acting Chief Justice of the PHC.

NWFP Governor Ali Mohammad Jan Aurakzai is on a visit abroad.
