KARACHI, Dec 5: Three ships carrying containers and to load molasses are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Thursday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was modest where four ships, Golden Arrow-2 to load cement, Cap Colorado, APL Sokhna to unload and load containers and Niklaos-P to unload and load general cargo were berthed after the departure of nine.

The ships which departed included Mol Ability, Nordwoge, Harmony, China Star, Delta Ranger, Alexandlitsa, Emerald Coral, Myrina and Banglar Mookh, while Orient Pride, Bow Fiji, Asian Queen, APL Sokhna, Golden Arrow-2 and Capitan Rashad are due to sail out on Thursday.

Cargo handling activity at the wharves was maintained on the higher side where 93,966 tons of total cargo was handled comprising g 36,412 tons of export cargo and 57,554 tons of import tonnage.

The following ships are due on Thursday: Handy Tanker Glory to load 31,000 tons of molasses, Arnis and Comorin Pride with containers.
