KARACHI, Sept 24: The chief justice of the Sindh High Court has appointed Kaniz Fatima Zulifqar, a civil judge/judicial magistrate in Sukkur, as registrar (BS-17) of the Special Court-1 (CNS), Karachi.

The chief justice has also suspended Ali Gul Khaskheli, a civil judge and judicial magistrate in Nawabshah for his misconduct.

In a separate order, the Sindh High Court imposed a penalty of “censure” upon Mush-taq Ahmad Kalwar, a judge of the Anti-terrorism Court-III, Larkana, with immediate effect.—PPI
