KARACHI, Sept 18: Dr Shahzad Arshad, chairman of textile and ancillary standing committee of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), has been appointed life member of the Saarc Chamber of Commerce and Industry, an apex business organisation of Saarc countries, says a press release.
