PESHAWAR: Accountant sentenced

PESHAWAR, March 16: The special judge anti-corruption (central), NWFP, Shahjee Rehman Khan on Saturday convicted a former accountant, Waliullah, of Federal Government Public School, Nowshera, on charges of corruption and sentenced him to 19 months imprisonment and fined Rs0.24 million.

He was charged in a case registered by the FIA for making factitious entries in the school record and misappropriated Rs0.396 million.—Bureau
