KARACHI, Sept 9: A police party that had advanced to a sensitive area in Lyari on a tip-off suggesting Rehman Dakait’s presence in the area was ambushed with rockets and grenades forcing police to retreat from the area on Sunday night.

Although no casualty was reported, two armoured personal carriers were damaged in the attack.
