KARACHI, Sept 7: Intellectuals and journalists at a meeting held at the Karachi Press Club on Friday appreciated the services and contribution of eminent journalist and writer Faqir Mohammad Lashari on his 13th death anniversary.

The meeting was presided over by Hussain Haroon.

KPC President Sabihuddin Ghausi, Dr Suleman Shaikh, poet Tajal Bewas, Nusrat Lashari, Yousuf Khan and others spoke on the occasion. His proactive role in revolutionising Sindhi journalism and literature was especially lauded.—Staff Reporter
