KARACHI, Aug 2: Omar H. Karim has been appointed chairman of the Board of Governors of Commecs Institute of Business and Emerging Sciences, Karachi, for a period of four years with immediate effect.

The appointment to this effect has been made by Sindh Governor Dr Ishartul Ebad Khan, says a notification.—APP
