KASUR, March 8: Of the 10 dead who perished in an accident on Pattoki Road on Friday, four were identified as Muhammad Shafi (Kasur), Maqsood Ahmad (Bahadarpura), Bashiran Bibi (Khudian) and Shehzad Kamboh.

The rest of the bodies are lying at the Kasur DHQ Hospital.

Some of the injured were identified as Arshad Ali, Salamat Ali, Sajad Khan, Aurangzaib, Rashid, Qadir Bakhsh, Waheed, Nabila, Jamila, Suraya, Niamat Bib and Zainul Abideen.

Meanwhile, on receiving information, District Nazim Rana Imtiaz Ahmad and Tehsil Nazim Malik Rashid Ahmad Khan visited the hospital.

Talking to newsmen, Imtiaz said the district government would give some money to the heirs of the dead. He said the governor had ordered the widening of the road.
