Dollar gains

LONDON, June 12: The dollar gained strength on Tuesday ahead of key data releases later in the week, while traders also anticipated legislation that might address charges that the Chinese yuan is deliberately undervalued.

In late European trading, the euro edged down to $1.3325, from $1.3359 late on Monday in New York.

The dollar rose to 121.77 yen, from 121.60 yen on Monday.—AFP
