LAHORE, April 12: International Commission for Human Rights chairman advocate Rana Ejaz said on Thursday that he had served a legal notice on Naeem Bukhari for writing a letter to President Pervez Musharraf. The letter was later made a ground to file a reference against the nonfunctional chief justice of Pakistan, Mr Ejaz told a press conference.
