Family planning office set ablaze

TIMERGARA, Feb 26: An office of the Health Department’s Family Planning Project in the Wari area of Upper Dir was set on fire late on Sunday night.

Police told Dawn on Monday that some people entered the office, sprayed its walls and doors with kerosene oil and set it ablaze.

The entire office and family planning medicines and contraceptives worth thousands of rupees were gutted.

Police have registered a case and are investigating.
