KARACHI, Feb 12: Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany of the Sindh High Court on Monday issued the advocate-general a notice on an application moved by former Balochistan chief minister Sardar Akhtar Mengal for transfer of his case from the anti-terrorism court of Judge Haq Nawaz Baloch.—Staff Reporter
