OKARA, Feb 20: CIA police on Wednesday claim to have arrested three gangs of cattle-lifters and recovered 51 animals worth Rs1.5 million and six motorcycles from their possession.

SSP Captain Muhammad Amin (retired) handed over animals and motorcycles to their owners in a function at the local CIA Centre.

DSP Asmatullah Niazi said the police had arrested gangs of Liaquat Ali, Abbas Shah and Saeed Baghiana.
