ISLAMABAD, Feb 18: The government has notified duty drawback facility on exports of six kinds of medicines.
CBR notification issued here on Monday said that the duty drawback facility would only be available on goods exported on or after the October 17, 2000.
The duty repayment will be available on the six kinds of medicine and its raw materials as following:
Senergy-OD tablets (10 tablets pack) and its raw materials — avicel PH 102, kolidone VA-64, loratadine, polyethylene glycol 6000, sicovit green lake colour, aluminium foil and pvc transparent at rate of 16.50 per cent of the fob value.
On gargalene liquid 240ml (1 bottle pack) and its raw materials — phenol crystals, sodium hydroxide and sugar pharma grade at a rate of 0.44 per cent of the fob value.
Loprin tablets 75mg (30 tablets pack) and loprin tablets 150 mg (30 tablets pack) and its raw materials — avicel PH 102, eudragit L300, kolidone-25, marcrogol 6000, quinoline yellow lake E 104, sodium hydroxide, aluminium foil and pvc transparent at the rate of 3.89 per cent of the fob value and 4.86 per cent of the fob value, respectively.
Cyrocin tablets 500mg (10 tablets pack) and its raw materials—avicel PH 102, ciprofloxacin HCL, kolidone-25, macrogol 6000, AC-DI-SOL, opadry ornange, aluminium foil and pvc transparent at the rate of 5.36 per cent of the fob value.
On cryopina tablets (100 tablets pack) and its raw materials — hyosine-N-butyl bromide, kolidone VA-64, metamizole, pregelatinized starch, aluminium foil and pvc transparent.
The facility would be available to Highnoon Laboratories Limited, Lahore on the goods mentioned above produced or manufactured by it.
