SHIKARPUR: Two killed in incidents

SHIKARPUR, Oct 27: Two people were killed in two incidents in Garhi Yasin taluka on Friday. Ghulam Murtaza Marfani, 45, of the Sikandar Marfani village was shot dead by his two nephews at Dakhan Naka in Garhi Yasin when he was standing outside a tea shop.

The accused were suspecting that the deceased Ghulam Murtaza was involved in the murder of their brother.

The Garhi Yasin police have registered a case against two accused Ghulam Hussain and Shahzado.

In another incident, a tractor driver was killed near Madeji.

Zamir Hussain Junejo of the Junejo village was crushed to death when his tractor overturned in a Sim Shakh.

The Madeji police have registered a case.

JSQM PROTEST: Activists of the Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz blocked the Garhi Yasin-Ratodero road at the Khirthar Canal Bridge for 4 hours on Thursday to protest against delay in arrest of accused involved in the murder of one Mohammad Aiwaz Veesar by the Garhi Yasin police.
