KARACHI, July 29: The Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) President, Qazi Hussain Ahmed, on Saturday termed Allama Hassan Turabi's assassination as a message of death for US and its agents, saying Allama's martyrdom was in fact a victory of his struggle against anti-Islam powers, and it was not a success of terrorists.

He said this during his visit to the residence of Allama Hassan Turbi where he had gone to offer his condolences to his family. JI Karachi chief Mirajul Huda Siddiqui was also present.

Qazi Hussain Ahmed met Allama Hassan Turabi's son Mohammad Murtaza Turabi and others, including Allama Nazir Abbas Naqvi, Jaffar Usmani, Maulana Shabir Usmani, Azhar Zaidi and offered his condolences.—PPI
