KARACHI, July 20: Four ships, including a car carrier with 300 units, are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Friday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was maintained on the higher side where seven ships were berthed. They are: PAC Antlia, Y.M. Moon, Hyundai Stride, Thor Captain and Mega-1, to unload and load containers, Haje Khereh, to unload and load general cargo, and Stolt Avance, to offload palm oil.

Five vessels, APL Jabel Ali, Oel Patriot, Darin Naree, Barram and Sagaing departed on Thursday, while Mega-1, Tai Shan Hai, Orient Independence, Gundluic, Precious, Johar, Hyundai Stride, YM Moon, Angara and Lalazar and Pac Antlia are due to sail out on Friday.

A total tonnage of 76,251 tons comprising 8,385 tons of export cargo and 67,866 tons of import tonnage was handled on Thursday.

The following ships are due on Friday: Iran Kordestan, with containers, Phoenix Leader, with 300 cars, Qin Hai, with 39,500 tons of coal, and Bopkum, with steel pipes.?
