KHAR, June 20: A man was shot dead over an old enmity in the Manogay village in the Mandal area, 10 kilometres off here, on Tuesday morning. Witnesses said Painda Khan was going to a bazaar when Ilyas Khan allegedly opened fire. Sources said Painda Khan, nephew of tribal elder Malik Hazrat Gul, had several disputes.
