LAHORE, June 6: PPP chief election commissioner Sajjad Bukhari has, in consultation with provincial president Qasim Zia, announced a schedule for the membership campaign in eight districts of Punjab.

According to a statement, special ceremonies will be held in Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Jhelum, Mandi Bahauddin, Sargodha and Faisalabad between June 9 and 18. Mr Bukhari will inform the media on Thursday about the progress made so far. — Staff Reporter
