MIRPURKHAS, May 5: Members of the Pakistan Paramedical Staff Association (PPSA), Mirpurkhas chapter, on Thursday stopped work for two hours and observed a token hunger strike at the Civil Hospital, Mirpurkhas, to urge the government to approve the service structure for paramedics.
PPSA leaders Mohammed Irshad Rajput, Chundi Ram, Abdul Majeed Nohri and Mohammed Laiq Panhwar demanded the government to approve the service structure or face a sit-in in front of the Chief Minister’s House in Karachi on May 17.
