FAISALABAD, Oct 5: A local farmer was shot dead over a property dispute in Chak 25-JB, on Thursday.

Mehmand was on his way back home from the field when two armed persons intercepted him. They opened fire on the farmer, leaving him dead.

Area police have registered a case against Ghulam Ali and Javed Iqbal who are still at large.
