KARACHI, Jan 28: The President of Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal Sindh, Asadullah Bhutto, on Saturday condemned the arrests of MMA activists in Lahore, who were protesting against the government-sponsored marathon. He said women had their due status in a Muslim society and the government would not be allowed to exploit their sanctity.—PPI
