PESHAWAR, Jan 30: A senior leader of the banned Tanzim Nifaz Shariat-i-Mohammadi, Malik Banaris Khan, and 10 other activists  have surrendered before the police.

They were avoiding arrest since Jan 12. Speaking to newsmen before his arrest at his residence, Banaras announced he had dissociated himself from the TNSM.
