LAHORE: Women leaders of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) have condemned harassment of Federal Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb at the hands of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf workers in London.

PPP Punjab deputy general secretary Samina Pagganwala, ex-provincial minister Neelam Jabbar, and Nayab Gohar Jan said the PTI workers were following in the footsteps of their ‘foul-mouthed’ leader Imran Khan.

They regretted that Imran Khan had trained his voters and supporters to disintegrate the moral and social fabric of society on the basis of political differences.

They said the PTI workers’ misbehavior and anti-social attitude was exhibited against Ms Aurangzeb earlier in Saudi Arabia and now in London, tarnishing the image of the country.
