KARACHI: Three human smugglers arrested

KARACHI, Jan 29: Three suspected human smugglers and five job seekers, arrested on Monday at the Quaid-i-Azam International Airport, were remanded on Tuesday in the custody of the Passport Circle of the Federal Investigation Agency for interrogation.

A raiding team, formed by the deputy director of the Passport Circle, following a tip-off, had arrested three suspected racketeers, Malik Faiz Talib, Nadeem Aslam and Abdul Mannan, with their five clients who were in possession of forged travel documents.

The job seekers, who were scheduled to leave for Saudi Arabia, had fake employment visas on their passports.

According to the FIA investigators, the agents received Rs100,000 each from the five job seekers.
