HYDERABAD, Jan 28: Hundreds of workers of the Sindh Paramedical Staff Association (SPSA) brought out a rally from Liaquat University Hospital here on Monday to express solidarity with President Gen Pervez Musharraf and the defence forces.
The rally, after marching on the main city roads, terminated at the press club.
While speaking to the rally Mohammad Musharraf, central president of the association, Nazar Hussain Qureshi, Shabbir Chohan and Qadir Jatoi condemned the aggressive designs of India and said that India should not have any illusions, as the whole nation was ready to fight side by side with its armed forces. They said that 40 thousand members of the association were ready to go on the borders.
Ashiq Masih and Narayan Das said that minorities had played a pivotal role in the creation of Pakistan and they were ready to sacrifice their lives for the defence of the motherland.
Speaking on the occasion, Nasreen Punnu said that the women of Pakistan were prepared to fight against India along with their men and they would spare no sacrifices in this regard.
