QUETTA, Dec 12: A police constable killed a coach driver following an altercation on Monday. Police officials confirmed that Constable Mahmood Khan opened fire on Atiqur Rehman using his official rifle after a quarrel. Atiqur Rehman, the driver of the Sada Bahar coach, was killed on the spot.

Police said that the constable was deputed with Dr Hasnain Naqvi. Police officials also said that both the policeman and the driver were friends and belonged to Tank in the Federally Administered Tribal Area (FATA).—Correspondent
