MITHI, Jan 22: Recently completed as well as ongoing development projects of water supply and metalled roads under Poverty Alleviation and Khushhal Pakistan Programme are likely to give boost to the economy of Tharparkar district besides providing water to the local populace, a survey conducted by this scribe revealed.

The project of water supply from Naokot to Mithi is about to be completed as tube wells are going to be installed in several villages.—Correspondent
