LAKKI MARWAT, Jan 19: A young man was killed by his elder brother over a minor dispute.

Police sources said that Mir Hassan Khan, who runs a shop at Tajori, reprimanded his brother Abdul Jalil, 18, which led to exchange of harsh words between them. Jalil pulled out his pistol and opened fire on Mir Hassan, who died on the spot.

At Behram Khel village, two people were killed  when two groups clashed. Mashal Khan and a passer-by, Ghulam Habib, were killed and several other were injured in the firing. A case has been registered against Dilfraz, Sher Nawaz, Mir Nawaz and Khanzada.—Correspondent
