LAHORE, Aug 31: Former secretary of the Dera Ghazi Khan Cricket Association, Zafar Iqbal Khan, condemned the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for breaking locks on the defunct Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) offices.

He also alleged that the present domestic structure was a failure as the role of the district association was zero.

He claimed that no district association was showing interest in promoting cricket at local level because its role had been diminished.
