KARACHI, Aug 20: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement has denied that its workers forced cable operators in the city to switch off their networks on the polling day (Aug 18). In a press release, it said that the Muttahida never put pressure on the cable operators association as claimed in news item published in Dawn on Aug 19.
