JUP for end to govt action

LAHORE, Aug 7: The president of his own faction of the JUP, Engineer Saleemullah Khan, says it is a constitutional responsibility of the government to introduce religious education even in secular schools.

Speaking at a press conference here on Sunday, he said the government should put an end to its campaign against religious seminaries and repeal the agreement with the Agha Khan Foundation for educational syllabus and examinations.— Staff Reporter
