He said Pakistan and Bahrain need to exchange visits in the financial sector to forge closer cooperation.
He was appreciative of Pakistan’s role in the world and said it expects Pakistan to continue to support Bahrain.
He was also appreciative of the warm welcome accorded to him and hoped the visit would bring the two brotherly countries closer and open more avenues of cooperation in diverse fields.
Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz said the deep-rooted ties between the two countries transcend every other consideration and hoped these would continue to grow further.
He said Bahrain would consider increasing import of manpower from Pakistan, and added that Pakistanis were hard working and loyal workers.
Prime Minister Aziz, referring to the challenges facing the Muslim Ummah, said it was vital that it stand united and achieve progress and prosperity in all its endeavours.—APP
