KARACHI, Jan 8: The KSE has announced appointment of seven outside directors on its Governing Board of Directors for the year 2002.

According to a press release issued here on Tuesday, the following persons has been appointed as directors: Ahsan Zahir Rizvi of Rizvi Issa & Company, Advocates; Ms. Ameena Saiyid, Managing Director, Oxford University Press; Etrat H. Rizvi, Managing Director, National Development Leasing Corporation Ltd.; Javed Iqbal, Consultant, Tyco Fire & Services; Kamal Asfar, Chairman, Pakistan Re-Insurance Corporation Ltd.; Mohammad Shoaib, Chief Executive, Al-Meezan Mutual Fund Ltd.; and Shaharyar Ahmed, Group Head Investment Banking, United Bank Ltd.

With the appointment of these seven directors, the constitution of the board has been completed now.—APP
