LAHORE, Aug 24: The teenaged son of a staffer of the Associated Press of Pakistan was kidnapped on Saturday.

Bashir Ahmad Lashari said his son Mustafa had gone to a tuition academy on Saturday afternoon but he did not return. Mustafa made a call to his family at around 8pm but he could only tell that he had been kept in a house when the line dropped.—APP
