Owais vows to serve people without bias

QUETTA, Aug 23: Balochistan Governor Owais Ahmed Ghani said on Saturday that he would serve the people of the province without any discrimination.

Talking to delegations that called on him at Governor’s House, he said he would play his constitutional role in resolving the problems being faced by the people of Balochistan.

He said he would make all possible efforts to promote the democratic and political process in cooperation with the provincial government.

He urged the people to shun their petty differences.

Talking to the participants of the 31st advance course of the National Institute of Public Administration, he said Balochistan was far behind in the field of education and a lot of work was required in this regard.

He said education system should serve the common people and privileged classes equally.

Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal National Assembly member Sardar Gul Mohammad Dumar also met the governor with a delegation from Ziarat and Muslim Bagh.
