LANDI KOTAL, Aug 20: A young married woman committed suicide on Wednesday at Mirdadkhel village in Landi Kotal tehsil of Khyber Agency.

According to reports, Minhaza had locked herself in bathroom after a verbal brawl with her brother-in-law and hanged herself to death with a shawl. She was recently married to a close relative.

This incident took the total number of women suicides to five in less than a year in Landi Kotal subdivision.
