KARACHI, Jan 5: The honorary consul-general of New Zealand in Karachi, Moin M. Fudda, has been appointed by the Queen as the ‘honorary officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit.

This was announced by the New Zealand Consulate General here on Saturday.

Mr Moin’s appointment has been made in view of his services since 1990 as New Zealand’s honorary consul and later as honorary consul-general, the announcement added.—APP
