SIALKOT, Aug 5: Four people, including two sisters, drowned in two accidents here on Tuesday.

According to Muradpur police station, two sisters Shabnam, 22, and Saba, 20, and their cousin Iqra, 18, drowned in a ditch which was full of rainwater while taking bath.

Daniel Masih, 13, a resident of Bherth village, drowned while taking bath in nullah Palkhu. All the bodies were fished out.

Meanwhile, the bodies of two sisters Nabila Kausar, 17, and Saba Kausar, 7, who were drowned in River Chenab near Marala Barrage a few days ago in a capsize overturn, have been recovered.—APP
