KARACHI, July 29: The PTCL has established crisis centres at its headquarters and regional offices in Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore and Quetta, a handout stated.

These Centres, it stated, would expedite rectification of faults in the wake of recent heavy rains.

These centres have been provided with a toll-free number — 0800-18018. No charge would be levied on these calls.

These arrangements, it stated, were over and above the normal for complaints on ‘18’ in all cities and toll-free headquarters hot-line of 0800-44544 and ‘106’ in Karachi.—PPI
