QUETTA, July 25: A pipeline linking a gas well to the main plant in Sui was damaged when some men opened fire on it on Thursday.

According to reports, unknown men fired on the pipeline linking well No.29 with the purification plant in Sui early on Thursday and escaped. Pakistan Petroleum Limited staff replaced the damaged portion of the pipeline and restored the supply.—Staff Correspondent
