HYDERABAD, Dec 1: Rich tribute was paid to late Ali Ahmed Brohi, the former information secretary, Sindh, for his services in the cause of Sindh and Sindhi literature at a condolence meeting held at the information department here on Monday.
The director, Information, Hyderabad, Dur Mohammad Kamal, presided over the meeting.
Fateha was held for the departed soul.
SAB: A condolence meeting was also held at the Sindhi Adabi Board, which was presided over by its secretary, Inam Shaikh, and attended by a large number of employees.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Shaikh said that Sindh had lost a renowned research scholar and writer.
He said the late Mr Brohi was an authority on folk literature and his services could never be forgotten.
The meeting offered Fateha for the departed soul.
