KARACHI, Nov 7: The City Nazim said on Friday that problems confronting the employees of the defunct KDA would be resolved.

He issued these instructions at a meeting with a delegation of the City Government Employees Social Welfare Organization here on Friday.

The Nazim was informed about problems, including issuance of leave encashment and liveries, payment of salary in time, medical facilities and promotion of assistants’ posts.

Upper and lower division clerks promotion, filling of LDC post by an educated four-grade employee and hiring of services of welfare organizations for improving the working of employees at the city government and towns were also discussed.—PPI
