ISLAMABAD, Oct 6: Mann Lalit of India pulled off the major upset in the 2nd leg of ITF Pakistan International Junior tennis championships beating compatriot and 6th seed Sandeep Kumar in a well contested three-set match at Islamabad Club on Monday.
All the remaining seeded players moved into the second round by beating their respective opponents in straight sets on the opening day of the second leg of the tournament.
In the girls event, Poojasbree and Daksha Mulay (both from India), and Amita Arudpragasm (Sri Lanka) and Anoosha Aslam (Pakistan) moved into the quarterfinals by winning their respective matches.
