PARIS, Sept 28: International journalists’ rights organisation Reporters Sans Frontieres (RSF) demanded that New Delhi rescind instructions issued to Indian internet service providers to block access to the “Kyunhun” discussion forum, which is allegedly linked to the Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council, a banned separatist group in the state of Meghalaya.

RSF questioned the need to ban this discussion group and voiced above all its “outrage” over the measure’s side-effects, for the Kyunhun site is hosted by Yahoo!.
