ISLAMABAD, Sept 21: Jammu Kashmir People’s Freedom League (JKPL) chairman Mohammad Farooq Rehmani has expressed grave concern over stepped up human rights abuses and manifold incidents of state terrorism by Indian forces in Kashmir.

In a statement issued here on Sunday, Mr Rehmani urged the world body to prevent Indian troops from shedding blood of innocent Kashmiris.—Our Reporter
