QUETTA, Sept 15: A shutter-down strike was observed in Khuzdar on Monday amid tight security measures.

The call for the strike, observed against the arrest of the district general secretary of the Balochistan National party, Rashid Azam, was extended by the party’s student wing, Baloch Student Organization.
