Three more ties decided

HYDERABAD, Sept 7: Three more matches were decided in Hyderabad District Inter-Clubs Cricket Tournament here at PCB Academy Ground, Latifabad.

In the first match, Iftikhar Sports defeated Ashraf Memorial Cricket Club by 62 runs. Iftikhar Sports made 131 runs. Sajid Ahmed 32 was the leading scorer.

Munawar Ali took three wickets. In reply, Ashraf Memorial could score 79 runs.

Only Doulat Ram and Abbas resisted and scored 21 runs each. Muhammed Hussain claimed four wickets while Zahir Ali bagged two.

In another match, Fazal-ur- Rehman Sports beat Kashif Siddiqui Sports by 161 runs. Fazal-ur-Rehman Sports made 221. Akram Khan (85) and Rizwan Farid (37). Talib took three wickets while Nasir bagged two.

Kashif Siddiqui Sports bundled out for 58 runs. Nauman claimed three wickets while Hammad and Sharjil shared two wickets each.

In another match, Bilal Sports defeated Al-Zain Sports by 111 runs.

Bilal Sports made 237 runs as a result of fine batting by Niaz (74) and Kashif Jilani (73). Inam Haider captured three wickets while Wasim Khan bagged two.

In reply, Al-Zain Sports skittled out for 126. Ashraf Khan (56) and Farukh Ahmed (32) were the leading scorers. Junaid and Niaz claimed three wickets each while Kashif Jilani and Sheeraz two wickets each. —APP
